Certified Unregulated Power Adaptors

A range of fully approved AC/DC power adaptors manufactured in high impact plastic cases using flame retardant materials rated to UL94-V0. Brass pins are standard and both live and neutral terminations are sleeved pins. The input is designed for the new harmonised supply voltage of 230V, but will operate satisfactorily at either 220V or 240V. All these units incorporate a Positive Thermal Coefficient (PTC) which acts as a resettable fuse and will protect the adaptor in the event of an overload.

Five output connectors are available and can be terminated as either positive tip or negative tip to provide complete flexibility. A choice of output connector is included in the price and can be made permanent on request.

Both wall plug-in and in-line types are terminated with a 2m output lead. The in-line versions are fitted with a 2M input cable with a moulded 3-pin mains plug. These power adaptors are approved to EN60950, EN60065, EN55022 and BABT. All the adaptors are CE marked.
